As a key function of the NAYSS Lead Provider role, CMYI has been engaged by FaHCSIA to contribute to professional development of NAYSS staff in relation to working within the NAYSS context.

Notes from the NAYSS Teleconference, 28 August 2008

This Teleconference centred around a discussion on how NAYSS services can support young people and their families facing issues regarding to money, debt and bills. It includes updates from FaHCSIA and the CMY Lead Provider along with the details of potential resources as mentioned during the forum. Along with these teleconference minutes is a separate document of resources that may also serve useful both workers and clients.

Notes from the NAYSS Teleconference, 3 December 2007

The Teleconference featured Updates from Angela Hewson (newly-appointed Section Manager for Youth Services) and the Lead Provider, as well as a discussion on the topic of racism and discrimination in schools. It also features a list of useful support resources and tools related to the discussion.
